Privacy & Safety

When you purchase our art, you automatically join our Community.

We will only keep your name, address and email address only to keep track of the art piece you have purchased.


Unless you specify otherwise, we may send you newsletters keeping you informed on on up coming events and art exhibitions by Adrian Luz.


What personal data do we use, for which purposes and on which legal basis?

In order to provide you with our services and the full range of features, we and our service providers use your data (including your name, email address and IP address) for the following purposes:

  • When you create an online customer account, to manage your account, to provide access to your shopping cart, to display purchased, reserved and registered products, or to present other products presumably of interest to you, to verify your identity if you forgot your password and to process your product reviews.

  • When you choose to provide us further information, such as date of birth, address.

  • When you make an order online, in this case we additionally need your address, telephone number and payment information, to process your purchase and send you confirmation or item-returned notification.

  • When you make an order to be picked-up in one of our museum shop, we need contact details such as name and email address of a pick up person other than you.

  • When you purchase an art piece and request an e-receipt, to process your request.

  • When you share a product or wish list via our homepage to a friend or when you provide us with the contact details of a friend we will use it only to process your request.

  • When you contact us to answer your requests, provide customer support and handle your inquiry.

In principle (unless we have a legal or other legitimate reason to maintain it), we delete information related to you

  • upon your request,

  • after expiry of the relevant legal retention period,

  • once we do not have any business purpose for retaining the data anymore.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We cannot accept exchanges or returns at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Terms and Conditions

Please bear in mind that you cannot choose a specific piece, you can only choose the weight. 

These are sample pieces that show how your piece could look like.

Please note that you cannot order one of these pieces specifically.

Your piece will be handmade by the artist according to the weight you purchase. 

Additional Services

If you wish to purchase one of our custom made pieces (2kg and above) please contact us directly.

Shipping & Taxes
  • Shipping costs are not included in the price of the pieces.

  • Shipping costs must be paid additionally to the price for each piece (make list of prices: EU, North America, etc).  

  • Handling time: Most orders will ship out within 5 days of ordering.

  • State shipping method (DHL) and estimated delivery time. 

  • Taxes:

    • For EU customers: VAT is included, no import tax 

    • For non EU customers: VAT doesn’t apply, import tax may apply

    • For international customers import tax may apply: “Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.”

  • In the US, sculptures of any material are duty free under 9703.
